 The PAHO/WHO SA delegation was formed by: Mrs. Pilar Vidal (President, EC) Mrs. Vivian Huizenga (General Secretary EC and Vice chair of the FICSA Standing Committee on General Service Questions), Mrs. Carolina Báscones (FICSA member of the EC) and Dr. Mario Cruz (Chairman of WLO). The EC only funded the participation of Mrs. Vidal and Mrs. Huizenga.Work in the 63rd FICSA Council was mainly centered in resolving issues related with staff/management relationship. Our delegation took part in technical committees working groups related to: Pension and Social Security Issues, General Services, Human Resources, Legal Affairs, Issues on field offices, Professional salaries and benefits and FICSA administrative and budgetary matters.
