Following the mandate of SA Council in Nicaragua, the SA discussed this issue in the framework of the JAC to establish this pattern of work for the selection of personnel, which does not affect its composition or the attributions of its members. The idea is to reduce the effort to form the selection committees, passing from ad hoc to standing. The working document resulting from these discussions, as well as all the material related to selection processes is available in the SA website.
